Attn Cancer Genetic Counselors: A major update to the Genetic/Familial Risk Assessment: Colorectal National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) guidelines was released today. Key updates: 1) Gene specific mgmt for #LynchSyndrome and 2) Recommend that any MSI-high unmethylated tumor be referred to genetics for evaluation.
