Our last stop is Maine, where we work with the Frannie Peabody Center to increase the success of their HIV self-testing program across the state through a partnership with MEaccesspoints—a syringe service program. This effort has expanded to 10 of Maine’s 16 counties.

In Utica, New York, we're highlighting The Center, which reaches over 35 countries by helping refugees resettle in upstate NY. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they offered vaccine clinics to immigrant & refugee families, and the wider community.

Next, in Pennsylvania, we work with ACHIEVEability & Black Equity Coalition (BEC). ACHIEVEability helps make the COVID-19 vaccine accessible and Black Equity Coalition pursues collective and equitable responses to address inequities impacting the Black community in Pittsburgh.

Next, in Indiana and Ohio, we're highlighting AIDS Ministries/AIDS Assist of Northern Indiana, which helps house people experiencing homelessness, & Asian Services In Action (ASIA), which hosted a Lunar New Year event with information on HIV self-testing & #COVID -19 vaccines. cdcf.link/3xxa3G6

We now travel to Arkansas & Illinois. In AR, we work with UAMS Health to expand their HIV Self-Testing Program which offers an online mail-in order system for HIV self-testing kits. In Illinois, BPNC brought their community together to honor loved ones lost to #COVID19 .

Our first stop on the #eclipse path of totality is Texas where we work with Civic Heart that serves over 65,000 people with free health screening & CI:Now who collects and analyzes data to improve neighborhood and regional conditions. More: cdcf.link/3PSUnn3
