CMR cooked up a storm last weekend at New Farm Park where we had a casual BBQ breaky together with family, friends and pets! The team enjoyed a range of barbecued foods as well as some yummy treats and snacks. A fun morning for all those that could come! 🌭🍴👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐕⚽️

This morning CMR attended a QUT Biomedical Science Seminar Series presented by new Head of School of Biomedical Sciences, Prof. Gregory Cook.

Prof. Cook thoroughly engaged us in his discussion about therapeutics for tuberculosis. We welcome Prof. cook in his new role as HoS.📚

Our new PhD student, Sam, is already in the lab and learning from our post-doc, Maxime. We are excited to see what 2024 has in store for our students! 🧪📚

Today we said goodbye to our wonderful postdoc Yosephine 🥺. Yosephine has been central in a lot of exciting research from CMR and will be sorely missed. All the best, Yosephine! 😍🌟🎉
