Without enforcement of the Constitution by WE THE PEOPLE who framed it, no check & balance exists to confine the temporary office holders.

America is no “democracy”.

The Constitution provides that “[t]he United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government”. Article IV, Section 4.

A “Republican Form of Government”, not a “democracy”.

The Constitution delegates to the General Government plenary power to reform the monetary and banking systems—to reintroduce silver and gold as the government's exclusive media of exchange, to separate bank and state.

Enforcement of constitutional principles is the duty of those for whom the instrument was intended to protect.

WE THE PEOPLE would never have assigned to 'Militia” #2A the vital responsibility & authority “to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions” without some measure of certainty that the Militia would always be “well regulated” #2A for those tasks.

The failure to apply the monetary controls built into the Constitution has destroyed the entire structure of constitutional restraint.

#2A includes self-defense, but that is just a small part of the more expansive duty & authority the people have to oversee & enforce 'the security of a free State' #2A

Liberty is an individual's claim against gov. to exercise certain personal freedoms without infringement by gov. officials of those freedoms. Any violations of the people’s liberty by gov. officials are not the actions of gov., but of criminals. See 18 USC Sec. 241 & 242.

Any patriots who oppose rogue public officials cannot be “anti-government”, but 'pro government' in the sense of lawful government. Every scheme of usurpation and tyranny by govt. officials is a criminal act. See 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242.

#2A recognizes that 'the people' #2A THEMSELVES play a major role in 'homeland security'—referred to as 'the security of a free State' #2A

Each State—to fulfill her constitutional responsibility—must exercise her reserved power to arm & train her citizens for 'homeland security'—what the #2A refers to as 'the security of a free State' #2A

Expansion of governmental powers requires expansion of the currency—one cannot exist without the other. Which is why the Constitution confines government officials to using silver & gold only in all governmental fiscal transactions.

#2A identifies the actors who's efforts are 'necessary to the security of a free State'—'the people' exercising their 'right to keep and bear Arms' through their direct participation in 'A well regulated Militia'.

#2A is recognizing a disability on government officials of the General Government & all State Governments not to impede the people from maintaining their Militia.

No Militia = No community self-defense
No Militia = No individual self-defense
No Militia = No 'free State' #2A

In ratifying the #2A between 1789 and 1791, WE THE PEOPLE emphasized that the Militia must always and everywhere be sufficiently “well regulated” #2A to be capable of fulfilling all of the duties “necessary to the security of a free State” #2A .

#2A is about 'the people' #2A taking care of their own 'homeland security'—'the security of a free State' #2A

#2A recognizes BOTH an individual & a collective right. Each individual enjoys “the right * * to keep & bear [his own] Arms”—not simply to defend himself—but so that ALL individuals can act in CONCERT in “well regulated Militia” to preserve their communities as “free State[s]” #2A

Repulsion of invasions by aliens with no even colorable claim to entry has become critically important for maintaining the sovereignty, independence, freedom, and prosperity of every State and of the Union as a whole.
