Thank you Chuck Schumer Elizabeth Warren Ed Markey. The FAA ✈️ epinephrine auto-injectors must be included in emergency medical kits now. This will save lives. I'm lucky to be here today, but other passengers may not be until you fix this. Read my story & why this can happen to you below.

Hi, Southwest Airlines I almost died on your flight after developing anaphylaxis for the first time since you don’t carry EpiPens in your emergency kits and no one on the plane had one either. Check out my WCVB-TV Boston interview-wcvb.com/article/boston…
That's a wrap, last inpatient shift of intern year Brigham and Women's Medicine Residents in the books. I've recorded every inpatient I've cared for this year, now 424 in all. That's 424 people who trusted a stranger in their most vulnerable moments. Reminder for myself to not take that for granted.
On our way to San Diego where Lady Glaucomflecken (she/her) will be receiving a Citizen CPR “40 under 40” award for CPR advocacy. I’m so proud of her.
🎉🎉🎉Congrats to my friend, Brigham and Women's Medicine Residents co-intern, and Stanford Medicine classmate, Amin Aalipour, MD, PhD!! We’re lucky to have physician-scientists like you who put their hearts into science and bedside care in equal measure.
