As part of the Urban Futures project supported by Hivos, CUTS organised a 2-day youth training workshop on understanding food regulations in Zambia aimed at equipping youths with vital knowledge on food standards and product branding in Zambia's evolving food systems landscape.

On March 28, youths engaged in debate at the Village of Hope School in Chongwe. Representing Urban Futures Project & Chalimbana University's Food and Nutrition, youth engaged in a compelling discussion on: 'Organic production a vital component of sustainable food systems.'

Today marked a significant milestone as we unveiled the findings from our rapid scan research and in-depth assessment on 'Urban Futures: A Journey of Transformation to Sustainable Urban Food Systems,' aims to tackle the intricate challenges brought by urbanisation.

To celebrate youth Day, CUTS International, alongside Voices of Just Climate Action (VCA), on 12th March 2024 led an inspiring Youth Day celebration at Chibolya Community School in Mazabuka Kaleya.
