Today, MB Hydro responded to our historic action last week to reduce Hydro payments to Govt. Hydro is reducing their planned rate request down from 3.5 % to 2%. This means hundreds of $ of savings for each Manitoban ratepayer!

We’re acting on advice from health care professionals across the province and putting forward a $200M plan that will retain, train and recruit staff to improve health care for all.

Last week we said enough with putting up with violent criminals in Manitoba. Manitobans deserve to feel safe wherever and whenever they go out.

We funded a warrants team to target the highest-risk offenders with law enforcement across the province. #mbpoli

Manitoba continues to show a well-diversified, resilient provincial economy, and this new rating agency report reflects it. It highlights our government’s commitment to fiscal sustainability and prudent debt management - goals we have championed since coming into office in 2016.
