Today we are marking World Patient Safety Day by launching a patient information resource to help patients can work with us to keep themselves safe while they’re in hospital #WorldPatientSafetyDay Jason Roberts Meriel Jenney rebecca aylward Cardiff and Vale University Health Board

It was great to meet with patients, relatives and staff of Cardiff and Vale today to promote our new patient information leaflet to help keep patients safe whilst in hospital, and great to work collaboratively alongside pharmacy colleagues.
