Sometimes we need to be nice to people, a lot are facing the most, mental health is real. A number of people just post, 'I am tired' the next thing it's suicide. We need to be there for each other now more than ever. Call each other and ask how they are doing.

Sometimes, we miss opportunities because we fail to do simple things like showing up when you promised to, punctuality, and standing by your word. If you can do this well, it highlights your commitment, integrity, and professionalism.

What I stopped asking during interviews: 'How would you describe your management style?'

Some questions I ask instead:
• What would you want to see me accomplish in the first six months?

• How will you measure success for this role?

If you want to nail your next interview, this is how you should prepare: Thread

1) Be prepared to answer anything that the panel might ask concerning the CV. Think about areas where you have made impact and how you did it.

If you are involved in the recruitment process, in any shape, form, or fashion. Please do not forget that job search trauma is a real issue! Interviews do not have to feel like a jury trial, and communication should be timely.

When you're asked, Why should we hire you? don't say, 'I am hardworking.'

You can say, 'I see that you on the job description you require someone with 3 years experience, well I have 5+ years in a similar role.'
