The Federal Court of Canada emailed me 5 documents filed on a matter within 15 minutes of making the request. As someone who primarily practices in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, this absolutely blows my mind. Why can't we also have nice things?

The very public murder of George Floyd woke us up to the need for change in our criminal justice system.

Thoughts and prayers aren't enough. We need to actively reform the system. Let's pass Bill C-5 so we can do exactly that.
