This JAXA(Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) collaboration continues a decades-long relationship with NASA. Together we’ve realized incredible crewed science and tech on International Space Station and will soon do the same in lunar orbit and on the Moon’s surface.

Last week, I met with European space experts, including at @ESA, Agenzia Spaziale ITA, Luxembourg Space Agency, Airbus Space, and Thales Alenia Space. Meetings like these foster new NASA collaborations and strengthen existing bonds, empowering our pursuit of shared objectives at the Moon and Mars.
NASA has announced the first science instruments for astronauts to deploy on the lunar surface during NASA Artemis III. We’re leveraging human explorers to conduct science that we couldn’t do with robots alone.
