Last week, I visited #Viewpoint , a charity which advocates and supports people with #MentalHealth challenges and gives them a voice.

Yesterday, I attended CPR and defibrillator training at the Waltham Cross Shopping Centre. I would like to thank Heather Daley, Specsavers and the British Heart Foundation for fundraising to get a Public Access Defibrillator in Waltham Cross.
