Delighted to see Environment Agency/ Natural England flood protection and habitat restoration project working at Cavenham Reserve, Suffolk. This hints what is would be like to fully restore the floodplain. Cavenham used to have a rich wetland with swallowtail butterflies etc.

Counting very rare (in UK) Field wormwood Artemesia campestris with Breckland Floral Group. 16 plants introduced to this site in 1988. Count was 385 plants including 2 juveniles and 41 non-flowering plants. Was down to one site. Now at 7 sites. Science and conservation working!
