I'm seeing this as good news...if e executed properly! The new 'Procurement Act' points to a new approach to procurement. Awards will now be based on the most “Advantageous Tender” (MAT), as opposed to the “Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT)”

Health in the Hearts of Our Community project...quite simply, we're empowering people to better understand their health, take advantage of the support / activities on their doorstep and help them to help others in our community to reduce risk factors.

Family from another part of the country were gobsmacked at the littering, bad driving / parking in #Birmingham & #Solihull on the weekend. At Malvern Park we saw people throwing rubbish onto the grass. Thank you to the people who helped me to #callitout & get them to pick it up.
