Congratulations to Lauren Mendelssohn of the Chirik Group on passing her out of field proposal. One more milestone!
Farewell to Prof Bob Morris who spent his sabbatical with the Chirik Group and Princeton Chemistry. We will miss the insights but remains a lifetime honorary group member.
The Chirik Group publishes in Science today on “Kinetic and Thermodynamic Control of C(sp2)–H Activation Enable Site-Selective Borylation.”
Congratulations Jose, Alex, Tyler, Gabriele, Paul, and Paul!

We had a great time showing honors and AP Chemistry students a day in the life in lab! We hope you learned something new & appreciate the chemistry around you! Stuart School Princeton Chemistry
The Chirik Group was thrilled to host Stuart School Honors and AP chemistry Princeton Chemistry to share our enthusiasm for science with them.
I would have never thought to put S in our ligand, but turns out phenoxythiazoline (FTz) is really good for cobalt-catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling!
