Last month we ran the first of our Friday night takeaway events and it was really good. The next one is this coming Friday, we're going to be cooking some brisket and cajun chicken for it and I can't wait.

Love doing some baking every once in a while. 40 portions of rhubarb bakewell ready for tonight's dinner.

Always feel a little anxious about an EHO visit but feeling very competent and on top of things after their visit earlier.

Feeling incredibly proud today opening our first permanent Chef's Counter dining room site after a year of building up this business.

Excited to see what coming days, weeks, months will bring.

Join us this Saturday for the opening of our first dining room. This intimate 12 cover dining space will be serving a small menu of delicious daily changing dishes Wednesday to Friday as well as additional public events.

Just over a month since we got the keys ,I'm delighted to announce we're now ready to open the doors of our first permanent Chef’s Counter site. We're open from 12 this Saturday for eat in or takeaway naan bread sandwiches!

More steps forward at work today. Signs up, plumbers in connecting sink and cleaning company booked in for a deep clean tomorrow.

A lot is possible when you know what you want to achieve with a dose of proving some people wrong thrown in.

Nearly there with opening our first permanent Chefs Counter site.

We'll be using it predominantly as a production and development kitchen for our events programme and opening a few days a week for lunch initially.
