As Memorial Day approaches I find myself thinking about the past. There is nothing comparable to the rush of emotions when you step off the bird into a combat zone for the first time. Fear. Excitement. Uncertainty and the knowledge you are there for purpose.

Thinking of cranking out that massive tome? I know I have, almost 200k words in each book, but current trends show most books are coming in around 250-275 pages. Publishing is changing.

Aside from the old Werewolf Handbook lurking on the right- don't ask, it was a gift from a Halloween wedding, you can't have a library without a few classics.

Today was hands down my best day at this particular con. I did enough business in a day than I have done all weekend at my best. Can’t wait for tomorrow.

It amazes me how the extreme #Resistance and #MAGA folks don't realize they are all idiots... do people. Be better.

I found the end of the Wheel of Time a let down. All those books and neither author really wraps up the story. I dunno, it felt unfinished.
