The motto of the National Action Network that Biden is speaking to here is 'No Justice, No Peace'. The media would call any right-wing equivalent with such a motto a terrorist organization and demand the resignation of any politician supporting it.

Given that net black movement in America is no longer out of the South, one must conclude that either:

a) The South is no longer more racist
b) The amount of racism is no longer that significant

Yet both choices are politically incorrect.
