Most City offices and facilities are closed Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. All Virginia Beach city parks, dog parks, skate parks and tennis courts will be open 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., but with restrictions. FMI: tiny.cc/dtikpz ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
