The Coroner is appealing for relatives of 67-year-old Christopher Eyels who died at his home on Castleton Road in Hartlepool on Sunday 7 April.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.

Giles Webster, 64, of Eaglescliffe, was convicted of the offence which happened in the 1980’s in Middlesbrough.

Hartlepool CID have charged a 47-year-old man with conspiracy to steal and burglary, in connection with incidents in the town on 21st March and 5th April.

He will appear before Teesside Magistrates’ Court this morning, Wednesday 17th April.

A 32-year-old man has been charged with two counts of burglary, one attempted burglary and two counts of motor vehicle interference in relation to incidents on Sunday 14th and Monday 15th April in Redcar.

He will appear at court today, Wednesday 17th April.

A 36-year-old #Redcar man who was wanted after failing to attend court earlier this month was arrested by the town’s neighbourhood officers today.

He'll be placed before the next available court in relation to a report of theft and enquiries are ongoing.
