In my day, Coach wasn't calling many sets for me. I knew that in order to get to it, I had to beat everyone down the floor & just make a layup. That's what I did... I prioritized being in shape and winning my race. It seems small, but it can get you an extra 4-6 points per game.

If a player doesn’t play hard all the time, no skill they bring to the table can offset that. Playing hard is a prerequisite to playing. Period. Nobody succeeds by making half an effort. Make sure your players understand that laziness is unacceptable. Competing to WIN is a skill!

Wow! It isn’t about taking away from the men or doing more than the men. I love Mens March Madness. It IS ABOUT the inflection point we are in with womens basketball (& women’s sports). It is an excellent product worth investing in, & it is a very good growth stock right now.
