At Cogglesford, we have two sets of stones that mill the flour, the Derbyshire Grit and the French Burr stones, with the Derbyshire milling wholemeal flour and the French milling our white flour.

We’re not open today but things are happening down at t’mill! We’re putting all the machinery back together after its deep clean, and we’ve had a smashing visit from BBC Yorkshire talking about what a happy town we’re based in! ☀️
