In the library this week 5th read nonfiction to learn some historical facts behind Halloween and how pimply, green skinned witches have become a part of pop culture storytelling. Then we combined tech and STEM to create a Halloween craft. A witch-craft if you will ;) 🧹

There were lots of wild turkeys in the CLJones-MiddleSchool library this week! We made a craft too! Students practiced their #search and #research skills to find delicious thanksgiving recipes to write on their take home turkeys. Great job 4th and 5th grades!
