This is fantastic news, a huge thank you to the many people who have worked together to create this new location for RAF Air Cadets gliding

Over 1/3 of our cadets & volunteers are female, which is a great foundation but we can do better.

We have work in hand to remove gender bias in use of language, barriers to participation in activities & representation at senior levels.

Inclusion is for all of us.

What a brilliant day learning about the power of #Neurodiversity with Royal Academy of Engineering at their fabulous annual D&I Conference, followed by hearing about how ‘inclusion means all of us’ permeates the values of Bloomberg UK at a military veterans event - every day is a school day!!
