Senate unanimosuly passed legislation tonight to locate the new National Medal of Honor Monument near the Lincoln Memorial on the National Mall. The bill was named in tribute to Hershel ‘Woody’ Williams, who was the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient. Bill now heads to WH.
