Today, we honor #WomensEqualityDay . While there is so much work to be done towards progressing an equitable workplace for all, I am motivated by HP’s commitment to 50/50 #genderparity by 2030 and remain committed to combatting the barriers women face at work, and beyond.
With #climatechange disproportionately affecting women and girls, supporting them with knowledge and access to resources is not only a #genderequity issue, but an environmental issue. By educating girls, we can empower them to become climate leaders.
