Baby Boy BrodieDale ran his first ever open 400m dash tonight and did quite well. He finished 2nd 🥈 overall and his 4x400 team placed 2nd 🥈 as well. I love how he competes.

Shout out to my #12 Biscuit’s volleyball team, PVA. They went undefeated this weekend . She is lucky to have such great teammates and to be coached by two talented, passionate, and patient coaches.
