I remember #CarlBuntion executed by the state of TX on April 21, 2022. He was a model prisoner, an elderly man (78 yo) who needed a wheelchair to move around. He was no threat to anyone. His execution was an act of vengeance, not an act of justice.

I remember #LedellLee executed by the state of Arkansas on April 20, 2017. Mr. Lee always maintained his innocence. 4 years after his execution, DNA from another man was found on the murder weapon that was never previously tested!
