Staffing meeting tip: Every TV writer should be ready to present (and vigorously defend) which of the “The Little Rascals” they’d be most like in the writer’s room.

I always pitched myself as “Bonedust,” the Little Rascal that I assume was played by baby Macho Man Randy Savage.
