The nice thing about getting fresh racing tires mounted at a shop ran by people you race with is that they let you use one of their auto-dimming welding helmets to view the eclipse.

Quick update. I'm still not doing well, but at least I'm physically recovering.

I don't know when I'll be back. I hope soon, but I have to make sure I'm mentally okay.

My physical and mental health have both taken a nosedive. I don't think coming back tonight is a good idea.
