Today, the UK conducted its 7th airdrop of humanitarian aid for Gaza.

The Royal Air Force operation delivered more than 11 tonnes of life-saving humanitarian supplies.

We continue to work with allies to speed up deliveries of aid by land, sea and air to the people of Gaza.

The Royal Air Force is saving lives by getting desperately needed aid directly into Gaza.

In the last few hours we’ve successfully completed the UK’s seventh airdrop and we will not stop there -  I am personally committed to ramping up UK aid to save more innocent lives.

Approval of $61 billion of military aid for #Ukraine by 🇺🇸 is a highly significant moment.

Along with more aid from 🇬🇧 & allies, it is a major boost for 🇺🇦's Armed Forces & sends a powerful message to Putin: the world continues to stand united in defence of freedom. Ministry of Defence 🇬🇧

Ukraine have pushed back Russia's Black Sea fleet to open up the supply of grain.

The reopening of ports in the Black Sea has meant an increase in agricultural exports, with December 2023 seeing the most produce exported since Russia's 2022 invasion.
