Today at Beechwood Cemetery at grave of Sergeant Pilot Blyth Kempton-Werohia, killed in training on 14 August 1942 near Point Petre Ontario. We will remember him.

It was an honour to lay a wreath today at Omaha Beach, Normandy, France together with other Framework Chiefs of Defence.

The ship is sailing down the West Coast of the United States, to San Diego, where she will have a short logistics stop.
