Gorsuch’s comment here. “…fear that their successors would criminally prosecute them..” is a viewpoint that totally ignores the independence of the DOJ & thus serves as an acceptance that Presidents use the DOJ as their own personal attorney. This from a Supreme Court JUSTICE!

Roberts, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh are more worried about a prosecutor going after a president for *political* reasons than A PRESIDENT TRYING TO OVERTHROW THE GOVERNMENT.
