Outrageous! Debarring a Dalit scholar from all TISS campuses for two years for organising a Bhagat Singh memorial lecture and screening Ram Ke Naam or the BBC documentary on Modi negates the very idea of an academic institution where dissent and dialogue should be sacrosanct.
