Alice Wong 王美華 my mother in law has been on one med for over a decade & this year they suddenly switched it to a prior authorization. it took nearly 2 months to go through for 56 cents worth of an old, low dose, generic med. fucking ridiculous.

They answered calls, chased down PAs & special orders for me--plus I could support a POC-owned, family business. Caremark is stifling their business, on purpose & for profit. Just like artificial PA barriers--all by design.

Vázquez is tired Found out today from my local, family & immigrant-owned pharmacy my plan had a 'contract change' & I'm now only allowed to go to CVS-- a PA black hole, where no one ever answers pharmacy phone & line always 20 people long. It often takes 3 physical visits & 7+ calls to fill 1 Rx.
