Give us, Lord,
a patient faith,
a disciple’s faith,
that we may follow
your lead and your will,
even when it takes us
out of our comfort zone,
outside our own plans.
Free our hearts
and release our voices
to speak your words of love,
to proclaim your peace,
to all.

to your presence
with us and among us,
and inspire us
to follow in your way;

with the food you offer us
from the heart of your very being;
for you are the Bread of Life,

Keep our focus on you;

our propensity
