This week, IG Storch visited the Sagami Depot, a key DoD installation in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, to observe new facilities and day-to-day conditions and to learn more about challenges faced and addressed to provide fuel and supplies to U.S. forces.

On the next stop of his trip through the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, IG Storch met with Rear Admiral Carl A. Lahiti, Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan.

IG Storch is currently in U.S. Indo-Pacific Command to meet with leaders regarding the challenges they face and potential areas of oversight. Yesterday, IG Storch met with Vice Admiral Fred Kacher, Commander of the 7th Fleet at Command Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan.

To kick off his trip through U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, IG Storch met with U.S. Forces Japan Commander Lieutenant General Ricky N. Rupp to discuss the challenges facing his command in a rapidly changing security environment and how readiness and mission success are impacted.
