We will today tell members of the UK Parliament’s Health and Social Care Select Committee that investment in the training and development of managers and leaders is vital if standards and patient safety across the NHS are to be improved.

This is the first time that FMLM’s been invited to the Select Committee. We’re very grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important and timely Inquiry as NHS leaders continue to face intense pressures.
