Having reviewed a few of these (and without giving too much away), I can say there are practice-changing results here. Worldwide practice in critical care will be changed by what is presented at #CCR24

The 23000th patient was enrolled into the Mega-ROX at Dunedin Hospital at 350am this morning NZ time. The next interim analysis occurs when we get to 24000 (which will likely be in the next 30 days)

The Mega-ROX will reach 23000 recruited patients in the next 24 hours.

It happened. Just before midnight last night NZ time, patient 22000 was enrolled into the Mega-ROX at Nepal Mediciti Hospital. In the 7 hours since then, another 18 patients have been enrolled. Incredible effort from a great global team.

The Mega-ROX now has 21960 patients recruited. Patient 22000 should be recruited just in time for this week's ANZICS Clinical Trials Group meeting in Noosa
