Very true words. You never know what a person's life is like behind the scenes.

Nature has a calming effect on the human nervous system and it’s a legacy of millions of years of our ancestors spending most of their time in natural surroundings.

It’s really important that we practice some when we feel we need it.

One way is to find things that support your mental health and to do them on purpose. It’s the ‘on purpose’ bit that makes it self kindness.
