Nice post as usual. My pet hate is term delayed cord clamping which suggests it is abnormal (train was delayed, delayed 2nd stage...). We should be using more positive terms that reflect its importance such as optimal CC (& define). Immediate CC could be Early CC, so ECC v OCC.
