No difference in body weight b/w a 10-hr TRE (+ >80% kcals before 1pm) match for calories with a ≤16-hour window (50% kcals after 5pm).

Big Supplement marketing schemes work evem though the supplements do not.

🚩 If a company marketing a product for specific outcomes/benefits says it would be impossible for them to test whether their product actually achieves said outcomes then they probably shouldn’t be marketing it as such! Especially when the research needed is actually very doable.
