NEW: National Weather Service confirms second tornado on Wednesday morning.

The first occurred near Morganza around 8am. The second passed north of St. Francisville shortly after. Both were rated EF-1 tornadoes. WBRZ Weather #LAwx

I fully expect widespread power outages from this line of thunderstorms moving into the Metro Area. Look at areas in Southwest Louisiana where that line most recently passed.
