Plain mean, IMO, for the U.S. Congress to vote to supply $61 billion to fund Ukraine's continued unwinnable war, instead of requiring the U.S. to make the war end. This money only buys a year of extended misery & tens of thousands more soldiers dying unnecessarily on both sides.
