Judges need to be independent. They cannot hold biases. Being part of a male only club makes a judge not fit for purpose.

I am in awe of the bravery and unwavering integrity of Dr Charlotte Proudman.

It is not easy to truly act to clean up one's own profession, and it comes with great personal risk.

Bar Standards Board must celebrate rather than punish Dr Proudman for quite literally raising bar standards.
