Joined the NHS England Flexible Working webinar this morning - an excellent panel of speakers. Lots to reflect on. Terminology and role modelling recurrent themes. Emma Codd (@Deloitte) described rebranding it 'agile working', and Jess Hornsby (Tallis) discussed 'smart working'.
