I live in genuine fear of this. And I am a Dr who can, in theory, explain things to colleagues.
When I tell some people I have it too, you can almost hear their eyes roll - that I just want some sort of double attention.

The danger that patients, like the one below, are put in when assessed by a PA instead of a doctor can lead to serious morbidity or death.

Replacing doctors with PAs will be the medical scandal of this century.
