COURT RESULT - This dash cam footage shows a serious injury RTC from December last year. The driver of this HGV didn’t notice stationary traffic and collided into it. Driver has been sentenced at Court and handed a suspended prison sentence, disqualification and must retake test.

Court Result: A male was sentenced at court this week, for failing to provide a specimen for analysis.

The male, who'd initially been arrested for failing a roadside drug wipe, was subsequently disqualified from driving for 3 years. He was also ordered to pay a total of £279.
