Stop making yourself easily available for people who never prioritise you. Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious. Don't waste it on someone that doesn't see your value.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to do silly, frivolous things that serve no other purpose than making you happy.
