EPPD's Central community services officers took part in the CarFit training this week. Officers can now help drivers find out how well they currently fit in their personal vehicle, highlighting actions drivers can take to improve their fit, and demonstrate proper seat adjustment

The El Paso Police Department along with TxDot, DPS and other law enforcement agencies, is urging the public to focus on the road and don’t do anything else besides drive when behind the wheel.

We’re wrapping up #WomensHistoryMonth by highlighting one more of our female officers on patrol. Thank you to Ofc. C. McFarland from Pebble Hills Regional Command. Once again, thank you to all our women on the department!

We had the pleasure of hosting Austin High School’s law enforcement class field trip at the El Paso Police Academy. Officer Rucker and Detective Dominguez met with the students and shared what it’s like to be an officer and inside look into the police academy.

EPPD SWAT team responded to the Tigua Village Apartment Complex on San Jose reference a barricaded subject this morning. The subject was taken into custody around 11 AM and is facing several charges.
